Avery and his crew were courteous and did excellent work. Removal, install, and clean up were done right, and everything looks beautiful!! You will be treated well and will be very happy with the results.

She explained their process and timeline from selection through installation, allowed us to take samples back to our home to check color matching. Their project guy showed up precisely on time for the measurement appointment. Then a few weeks later, the 2 man crew that showed up for installation was on time, friendly, quick, courteous, efficient, and did a beautiful job. One of the rooms, the walk-in closet, had numerous angles and cubbies, all of which were perfectly fitted. They even asked us how we wanted the remnants cut up for area rugs and runners, which they then took back to their shop, cut to our specifications, and bound the edges. Once we talked to Meredith for a while, we put alternative plans aside.
This is the second time we have used them for a major job in our home and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They are our 'go to' company for flooring and tile work. We decided to go with Carpet One over the bigger home improvement stores because they are locally owned and operated. They have carpet for every style and budget and Meredith helped us decide which one was right for our home. I was equally impressed with the installers, Allen and Russell.
Then you're greeted by Meredith or one of the other friendly and professional staff to help you along. We've been very happy each time we used Carpet One. Our house had been rented and needed an upgrade on all of the flooring. Paul, Meredith, and Phyllis were all incredibly helpful to us in selecting the right flooring at an affordable price. Installation was quick and professional.
